Crest Historical Society

Established on May 17, 1989, the Crest Historical Society was established to preserve the history of Crest.  Charter members included Don Noble, Ann Holton, Billy Take, Shirley Alvarado, Sandy Artaz, Kathryn Hawkins, Guy Holton, Linda Keck, Rick Ricker and Dorothy Miller.  

Dorthy Miller was instrumental in keeping this mission alive for the past 20 years.   Sadly Dorothy passed away in 2019 and is missed by all.  

While the Crest Historical Society has no permanent home of its own,  we thank the Crest County Library for providing us a meeting space and a small space to store our archives. 

The purpose of this website is to share our history with the community and the world.
