In the mid-60s there was a thriving business community in Crest.  Over 20 businesses survived here and probably more that don’t come readily to mind:

Hilltop Market, W&M’s Suncrest Market, Glenn Rossney Professional Drum Teacher, Mary Garner Notary Public, Carles Floto Piano Tuning and Repairs, John Rodgers Furniture Refinishing and Repairs, Garrow Printing, Kubik Realty, Yvonne Murphy Realtor, Hilltop Inn, Mt View Electronics, Jewell’s Treasure Box, Sperry’s Studio art, Avon, Ted’s Barber Shop, Evelyn’s Beauty Shop,  Mary’s Beauty Hut, Foster Construction, La Cresta Camper, Inc, Dr. McClurken Chiropractic, Karla McClurken Yoga, Ruth’s Hobby Shop and Ceramics, Amway, Charles Martin Locksmith.
